I did manage to find the place most of Portland's tenderoni (google it!) will end up on a given night, especially when last call is 2am and the party here starts around 2:30. You have to know where to find such a place, and unfortunately I'm not in the position to reveal such a thing. I can say you might find activity here a couple of nights during the week, and especially one weekday in particular.
